The Laird's Larder reserve the right to alter prices up to and on the day of dispatch. Customers will be notified by email of any price change prior to dispatch. Minimum order value must be £10.00 not including delivery charge. We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard no payments will be taken until the day of dispatch, cheques must clear prior to dispatch. The Laird's Larder take no responsibility for the non-delivery of goods.
All items sold are carefully checked before dispatch. The Laird's Larder must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods of any faults or discrepancies, goods must be retained by the recipient for inspection. The Laird's Larder operate a no return policy on consumable items. There is a no refund policy on failure to deliver goods if this was due to incorrect information being submitted by the purchaser with the original order.
At The Laird's Larder we express a wish that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Any discrepancies can be e-mailed, or you can contact us by telephone ( see our home page) any complaints will be dealt with in confidence, normally by return.
Deliveries will usually take palace within 5 workings day of receipt of the order. You will be informed if any items orders are unavailable. Orders dispatched by us will be delivered within 3 working days. All shipping and insurance are charged at cost and may vary up or down from the amount shown on the order according to the actual weight of the packed goods.
Please ensure that someone is available to accept goods at the address provided by the purchaser. All order information supplied by the purchaser should be checked thoroughly, post codes and email address must be entered in full.
